How to remove paint stains and rusty spots from a floor tile.

We did a paint job on the balcony recently and spilt some of paint on a tiled floor.
Should have cleaned it quickly but we didn't - so ended up with some paint stains on the tiles.

Can you recomentd a solvent and the tools to get rid of the stains - tried to use the aceton but it didn't help much.
If it could remove the rusty spots - that would be just great.

I have attached the pictures of stained tiles and how a clean one looks like ;-)

Thanks for your time guys.

This is the clean one:

Is it latex paint? if so, denatured alcohol or a product like 'goof off' or 'oops' will soften the paint where you can wash it off. If it's oil base you'll need lacquer thinner.

I use CLR for rust but it's ugly stuff to be used only with good ventilation
