Can I Walk on Cement Boards for a While?

Hello,

I am remodelling my kitchen. I would like to lay camentboards now and tiles in about 3 weeks. Can I, meanwhile, walk on the cementboards?

Thank you

Its done all the time in construction. Some want the cement board before the cabinet installs because of the appliance clearances, major bathroom installs, etc. Some cement boards are "softer" than others, so dragging a refridge over it will crush or damage some. the main thing is just be carefull of it.

Three weeks in the kitchen is longer than I could be careful, thus my reservations about this.
