floating ceramic tile floor

This new floating floor of ceramic tile has been covered with the dust from the mudding etc while construction in the area was finished. It is quite heavy in places. How do I clean it. I was made to understand that I cannot use water.????

I've never heard of a floating ceramic floor but the usual tile floor can handle water just fine.

It has been around at least since 2010. I am worried about scratching the tiles. There may be no other way but soaking and washing one tile at a time. Hopefully someone will have a better solution.

How is it installed? What's different about it which makes water a bad choice?

Google is my friend. Ok, you mean you have something like Snap Stone?

Yeah, that's been around for a lot longer than since 2010.
