Cool

I'd like to tile a 30"x36" shower enclosure including the base or 'floor pan'. The subfloor is plywood on 2x10 joists, and I intend to pour a 1" thick mortar base to provide draining slope (or is there an easier way to do this?). Is there a recommended way of installing a drain in the mortar & tiled floor for such an application?
