Height of Shower Curb

I used a Schluter Strofoam base and made it 60x36 with extra motar on the sides.

For the curb I used 2ea 2x4's covered with cement board and Kerdi.

Now I will have about 1" inside curb height after the floor is installed.

Is that enough or should I add another 2x4 or 3/4 plywood and cement board to add height and cover with Kerdi?

When testing, the water flow is great even with the rainfall shower head at full volume and never gets more than 1/4 inch high.

Shower curbs are built with three 2x4's. Add another.
