Filling space between tile and wall

I have space where my wall wood paneling and newly laid tile don't quite meet:

I plan to install base mouldings there, but I don't want to leave those
spaces empty.
What is the best way to fill these cracks? Grout? Caulk? Blown insulation?
Something else?

Welcome to the forums!

Can you take a picture that is not zoomed in? I can't even figure out what I am looking at. A more general view that includes other elements to lend reference to the previous pic would help a lot.

Baseboard and shoe molding will probably cover it. These moldings are each around 1/2" thick, so that provides around 1" of coverage. If that doesn't quite do it, add some additional grout to that area before installing the molding and it will just blend in like any other grout line.
