I am purchansing a house which was built in the mid 60's. The masterbath had a tub at one time which is now a stand-up shower only. In making this change, the area where the tub was now has white ceramic time while the rest of the bathroom walls are a green tile. I am interested in learning about re-glazing the tile to all be one color. I was quoted a price of $5 per square foot for someone to do this. If anyone has any experience doig this themselves or having it done for them I would appreciate any information you can provide. If feasible, I woudl consider tackling this project myself.

Save your money, Wesley. The only way ceramic tiles can be reglazed is by removing them and running them through a kiln. The $5 thing is for paint, which is not long-term.
