Bleeding tile?

Bleeding tile?
Have you ever had color bleed out of floor tile while spreading grout? I just tiled my bathroom with 12x12 mosaic tiles that have a woodgrain appearance. As I was spreading the neutral-colored grout I would occasionally see a bright red streak in the grout. The job had me sweating--but not bleeding!
This never became a big problem--I just worked it in with the float and kept moving--but now I'm wondering if this is going to be a problem in the future.

Just some remnants of your grout not being thoroughly mixed. Just a blotch of the red color to make your grout your custom color along with whatever other colors are in there. Will not hurt anything, I have seen the same with yellows.

I'm not clear if you're all saying it's undissolved red pigment in the beige ("Fawn") colored grout?? Doesn't sound likely in so light-colored grout--and I mixed the heck out of it with a paddle/drill, following directions on mixing time, slack time and re-mix.
Maybe I was sweating blood after-all...

You'd be surprised what colors go into things like this. We have tan carpet in all of our rental units. Tenants will occasionally use bleach to try to remove a stain and this can help show all of the colors in the carpet - we see red and blue and green afterward.

Tans, beiges fawns and actually most colors have several different pigments in them, that's how you get certain tones. You didn't necessarily do anything wrong. Did you know bright white may have blue in them?

I'm satisfied it's pigment in the grout, and it's a common thing to see. Much better than color coming out of the red-brown cherrywood squares in my supposedly sealed tiles!
Thank you all!
