Concrete shower
I have a client that is demoing her entire master bath, and she wants a concrete shower, we are talking walls, sinks, and she is also wanting the floor resurfaced once the tile is removed.
Was thinking about going the stucco route then applying a thin over layment membrane to get the concrete look. Any advice? This is going to be gnarly

Better you than me my friend.
What type of floor is there now? Slab or joists? Waterproofing is going to be your concern. Concrete is porous and will absorb water. I think you will have to mimic a traditional shower pan with pre-slope and still work in a pan liner to get the water into the drain. Also, consider the weight you are adding. Will the floor take the added weight?
Sounds like your client watches too much TV where all these projects look neat, but in reality are both a nightmare to install, and a nightmare to maintain.
