Pulled up the carpet and found what I think is Aesbestos glue underneath. I think the tiles may contain aesbestos also. We were told during the inspection that the tiles or glue or something contained Aesbestos. Just wanted to hear a few peoples thoughts on this... here's a few of the options I'm thinking about... They are in order of what i'm currently thinking of doing. 1) Take off the tiles and put down a sealant before laying new tile on top. I've read that this isn't really safe, but to be honest, I don't plan on doing this 8 hours a day for 30 years, so I think it'll be ok :) 2) Do nothing. I read that once I put something over it, the aesbestos is sealed in. 3) Get it remediated by a professional. (Sounds like a pretty expensive option) I've attached some pictures of the tiles.

I just started a tile project in the shower and have a little problem with tile bullnose availability. Tile bullnose pieces are those small tile trim pieces with the smooth curved radius end that are generally used to finish the top or sides of a tiled area. Anyway, I just found out from the tile store that the manufacturer of the large 12x24" tiles that we are using doesn't even offer any tile bullnose pieces in the specific tile we are using. What do I do? I have some exterior corners that will show the tile edge like around the shower niche boxes and wall corners of the shower itself.
