Niche Tiling - Edge & Trim

I need a few pointers for tiling this sucker. The back of the niche is going to be the rock backsplash, the sides top and bottom will be single piece cut tile/ no gaps. But I am not happy with how my tile cuts came out around the outter part of the niche. I am trying to source some type of trim piece, I can't find any available to match my tile, Im not opposed to using something else.

So 2 questions really:

1) I don't know the names of the trim pieces, corner, pencil, etc? What would work the best for this?

2) If it isn't an "L" type corner piece of trim, how does it attach to existing tile?

Thanks in advance.

See if any of the Schluter edge piece profiles will help you trim out that niche. For Walls | Profiles | schluter.com

I am using the Schulter for edging and I need to do 45 degree miter cuts.
The video here shows this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gakw_HUDDZY

Can you tell me what blade is being used here? I can see that it's a Diablo brand.
I would appreciate knowing the exact thing to get from the store.

Thanks
Tbone

Any blade on a miter saw will cut the aluminum very nicely. Key is to go very slow through the material. You can also cut on a wet saw with diamond blade in your saw will accept the length of material. However you will get a more accurate cut with the miter saw.

Thank you. Good to know that I don't have to go out and buy another blade.
