We just moved in to a very old house. The upstairs floor is covered in self-adhesive linoleum tiles. Underneath is a beautiful hard wood floor. How can I remove the tiles without damaging the wood flooring. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hello Maggie,

"We are programmed to receive." No, what I mean is we're better at putting things in than taking them out. And this board mainly talks about ceramic tile. There is a flooring board here that you might try, and I'll point you to an old house site that has a very active board.
