Water beads up on tile

I was at a hotel and when I took a shower the water BEADED up on the walls. What did they use to cause the water to bead up on the title walls?

Heck, if you clean it well first, you could spray auto detailer on there and buff it off and water would bead.

Actually, I have heard of something very similar or maybe even that very thing. I used something like it for my spa back in VA. Just around top above the waterline. Helped with mineral spotting.

It can be very slippery when it's wetted after use...just like a freshly waxed car. You could just as easily use Turtle Wax Clean and Shine or similar. Probably cheaper too.
