Replacing Tile - Excess Grout Removal

Hi Guys, I am replacing two tiles. After removing the broke tiles, I have this remaining grout. How can I remove this without damaging the existing tile. Do I need to get it all off. Can I grout over the old grout. Thanks!

Old grout needs to go.
Something just looks very wrong with what that tile was laid over!
May be why they cracked in the first place.

I use my oscillating tool with a diamond blade.
Missing the point, if the tiles cracked there's a reason for it.
99% of the time it's what the tile was laid over is the cause.
