Cleaning/Fixing Bad Grout Job
Hi, I installed some ceramic tiles on concrete 2 weeks ago and I did a really bad job with the grouting. Please see below:

I tried scraping it with wooden paint sticks but then some of the color transfers to the grout as well.
How can I clean this up? Will a grout saw work? Or do I need to re-do it?

Easiest is to simply not look down.
If it bugs you you can grind down the grout and re-do that area though it's likely that you will be able to see the new work. I would see if you can hand grind down the problem areas of the grout to something you can live with. A power tool might be too much and cause you to go too deep but just holding the tool in your hand and hand filing it you probably can get it down to looking acceptable.
