Hi Lillian,
You haven't given much information. What kind of tile (how large)? How wide are the joints (sanded or unsanded grout)? What have you tried so far?
Generally, I would go to a tile supply store and buy a commercial tile cleaner and start with that. Many companies make the products. I like Aquamix.
