We grout the Backsplash and seal the grout now after seal we see some lighter spots. So we once again seal the same spot it because darker but after drying it gets lighter what should we do. Thanks

Welcome to the forums!

Was the grout color consistent before you applied the sealer? how long did the grout cure before the sealer was applied?
pics are always nice - How to insert pictures.

Unsanded grout is most likely the correct grout, sanded grout is used on wider grout joints like you'd have with floor tile. What color grout did you use?

I was initially curious if you had used some type of pre-mixed grout but description states not.

It may not have been fully mixed, it could be cheap grout and/or the sealer may have caused some minor discoloration to be more pronounced,

The problem is there is no easy fix other than cutting away a majority of the grout and trying again.

But I would get a different brand next time!

Before I went to the trouble of removing and regrouting I'd look into grout stain/dye.

I'd look into grout stain/dye.
That is an option, but the OP has stated that the grout was sealed which is usually silicon based meaning not much is going to penetrate!
