How do I find a tile installer

I'm planning on remodeling a standard bathroom: Single vanity, toilet and shower. Current bathroom has a tub/shower combo. I plan on doing my own demo and will convert to just a shower. I need a contractor to install the new items: tile floor, shower, vanity and toilet. I would like to move the existing shower plumbing to the opposite wall. Not sure if this would be cost prohibitive. Can't seem to find a contractor that will do just the installation. The 2 places I got quotes from want to sell me all the materials and do the demo. They are also way overpriced.

The best way to find a reliable contractor is by talking to friends that have had similar work done. Alternatively, you could hire a plumber to move the piping around if you aren't comfortable with that. Installing a toilet, vanity and shower is not overly complicated. You could also do the tiling yourself. Installing tile is DIY friendly as is building a shower.

Well it seams as though you did so what are you comparing their quotes to to make that determination.

Remember, nobody works for free and today construction work is at a premium, trying to get someone out to do piece meal work is not cost effective for anybody. Your best bet is to have someone do it all or do it yourself,
