Bathroom floor

Hi All, need suggestions for installing ceramic floor tile in a bathroom, I would assume that Thin Set mortar would be the best, any thoughts?
Thanks

Yes. Other questions?

As far as the basics, what is the composition of the subfloor along with the size, spacing and unsupported span of the floor joists?

Redguard shouldn't be needed in a dry area although it won't hurt to use it.

Did you mean a Kerdi membrane? That would be ok. As Mark said, I don't see the need for Redguard,

OSB is not a good substrate for setting ceramic tile. You need to use either a sheet membrane (like ditra) or a liquid membrane (like redgard - applied at the proper thickness). The sheet membrane is a better choice.

Thanks, my choice will be Redgard as I don’t want want to raise the height anymore than necessary.
