Help me to tile RIGHT this time
#1

I screwed up laying bathroom ceramic floor tile big time
Is there a fast drying adhesive and or grout for ceramic tile that is water resistant
I only have one bathroom and I needed to use the shower (no tub)
Anyway, the tile and my feet are covered with the adhesive
Got to do it over again
Please help \
Please email me direct dcreporter@yahoo.com
Thanks

Hi
Sounds like someone forgot to read the directions on the package!..Oh well...yes there are quick setting water resistant thin sets....but you'll still have to wait at least 2 days before you use the shower....What are yo trying to tile? shower floor? walls?..etc...and what are you tiling on top of?

Hi
Great!..Yes you can buy some fast setting modified thin set at most tile shops, or even Home Depot. You can usually get back on the tile to grout in about 4 hrs, so you will be able to finish in 1 day.

Installing ceramic tile
Go to www.doityourself.com/ceramic for helpful info. You can also stop by the forums at www.johnbridge.com and get advice from the tile pros that hang out on the forums there.
