marble floor
I am about to lay down a marble tile floor in my bathroom. I really want to butt the tiles together without leaving a gap between them. Once this is done do i have to grout?? There is a beveled edge on the tiles but it doesnt seem like there is enough for grout to "stick". Can anyone recommend a sealer?? Thanks for your help.

Hi
I think it would be best if you used at least a 1/16 joint with the marble. It's quite hard to lay flat with out the edges lipping up..the extra space give you a little room to correct this. Also, if you push them tight together, and you have a little movement in the floor, the edges will rub together and chip the edges. Leave a small joint and grout it with wall grout(non-sanded)
