stencil bath tile
I have and old house but not a whole lot of money right now.
My bathroom tile is a blue that i have not seen before it is light blue. I thought i would work with the color adding a light green and lilac colors, however i would like to paint (stenicl) about the top and some random on tile what kind of paint would i use?

Hi Tammy,
Paint won't work well in the wet areas (showers, etc.), but you can use enamel oil base paint in areas that won't be walked on and that are not in the direct shower spray. I'm not saying this is a permanent fix by any means.
Another option is to use decals or "spotters." Spotters are small ceramic figures or "devices" that are glued to the existing tiles, giving the whole thing a different character.
