I have found a granite color that is called grey or gray frost but I do not believe that this is the "industry" name. Any help finding the industry name would be appreciated.

Granite colors
As granite is a natural stone product, no two pieces of granite will be the same, but may be similar in color. Thus, the actual granite that you get will vary from the sample from which you make your selection.
Distributors market granite products using different color names. One may call their product "gray frost" while another may call it "gray swirl" or "gray mist" or "gray" or some other name. Granite also varies, depending on where in the world it was quarried because of geological formations peculiar to the area in which it was formed. Thus, when shopping around for granite, you will find it easier to ask to see their "gray" samples.
