center of the room and tile

My husband and I are tiliing two rooms that are ajoinedand they are not all square. We know that we need to find the center of the two rroms to start tiling but we are not sure how to make sure that it is square and the true center. First time we have tryed this type of project thanks

Tiles Not Setting

Yesterday I completed some tile work on our tub backsplash. I used two different types of tile, a plain white ceramic and a colored glazed tile. While the white tiles have set up, the glazed tiles are still a bit loose and I am afraid they might pop off. :confused: Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We would like to install ceramic tile over our existing terrazo floor. Tiles and grout color have been chosen but we need to learn about preparing the terrazo. What type of materials are needed and what is the sequence of preparation? Any help is appreciated.
