Mosaic Tile Counter Tops DONE!
#1

Some time back I mentioned that I was doing a mosaic design on my counter tops. Never did it before, had no clue what I was doing...just launched into it without thinking I couldn't. They're done and I thought some of you might like to see the results. You can see the counters by using:

Please note that the shark is to the right of the sink...the legs are to the right.
Hope this inspires someone to do something creative even though they have no experience.

Thank you so much. I am very proud of myself. The first counter was the octopus. It took nearly a month to complete. I was just learning what to and not to do. The crabs and starfish took about 2 weeks and the shark/legs counter took about 3 weeks start to finish.
I went through a box of band aids, 3 rolls of first aid tape and a roll of cotton gause just to battle the blisters but, now that it's done...it was worth it.
Thanks again!

Deb, you need a job?
There is a customer base waiting for you out there!
I'd start a portfolio, and solicit your service. Interior decorators in the high end of town!
I guaranty you could bring in $2000-$3000 per week if not more. People pay $$$$$$$$ for that kinda of talent. For the counters I see in the picture, people here pay $12,000 to have it done.
