Cutting rolls of wallpaper to create border..
I've been searching in vain for faux crocodile/alligator border but have found wallpaper. How does one go about cutting a roll of wallpaper to create rolls of border? Thanks!

by measuring & drawing a straight line on the back of the paper & cutting it with a really sharp utility knife and a metal straight edge or just scissors.
but just cutting out a strip of paper won't look like a nice finished border, unless you frame it in somehow, with a stripe of some sort from a coordinating paper placed on the top & bottom, or with wood mouldings placed above & below.
