Lightbulb Alternative Wall Covering

I would like to cover a wall with something that is not wallpaper. What do I use? How do I prep the wall? How can I seal it?

you could use anything flat. what do you WANT to use? magazine covers? maps? menus? record covers? playing cards? fabric? straw? burlap? canvas? brown paper bags?

as for prep, adhesive & sealer, they would depend on what's on the wall now & what you end up using, as well as what room you do this in (bathrooms & kitchens may have steam to contend with).

You can put just about anything on a wall. Another option is faux painting.
