The wallpaper border in my kitchen has come loose in several spots. What is the best way to reattach it? Is there a special glue for borders? Do I have to cut it?

aly, Border glue or vinyl over vinyl would be what to use to re-glue loose paper or borders. What do you mean by "cut it"? Mike
