Wallpaper problem

I have wallpaper that is a tile design (it is textured) and it is washable. It is about 14 yrs old and I would like to remove it but I would like to be able to remove it without chemicals. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks Larran

Larran, Most of the paper I remove is done with water and a Paper Tiger which is a scoring tool that lets the water get behind the face of the paper. The first thing I do is see how much outer layer will come off by pulling. Then I start wetting down keeping the paper wet for hours if thats what it takes. Time and water will do the trick in most cases....Mike
