Its a little difficult to answer your question without knowing exactly how your "angles" run.
Where is the border to run? Ceiling line? Dado rail height?
If you can give a little more detail then perhaps I can help. cheers....

Angled walls

We are putting border along the top of the ceiling line. The walls run as normal then at one corner they angle up at a 45 degree angle, then straight across then back down at a 45 degree angle. These angles are in the four corners of the room...Thanks for any help, and hope this explaination is a little more clearer...It's hard to explain without a picture of the room...

Basicaly, you will have to mitre the borders..
Run the border along the ceiling line and then overlap the border onto the ceiling and then trim to the angled wall using your smoothing tool and a sharp blade.
Then repeat this on the angled wall, allowing the border to go right over the piece you have just trimed..continue once more onto the ceiling and trim.
Now to cut your mitre...
Place a metal smoothing tool onto the border from the top corner to where the bottom border lines meet...Then using a new blade ,cut through (splice) both pieces of border.
Remove the waste on both sides and now you should have a perfect mitre. clean excess paste using a clean sponge.
This method will work on all angles you come across..Not just angles of 45 degrees. I hope this is clear enough for you!!
