removing wallpaper glue

I have a wallpaper border that was applied to painted drywall with vinyl to vinyl adhesive. I am now trying to remove the border with great difficulty. I am currently using a product called DIF which is with much scraping taking off the paper but glue still remains on the wall. Any advice on what to use?

Using DIF wallpaper remover

Try the DIF again and give the product time to work. DIF contains enzymes that dissolve wallpaper glue. Once the wallpaper is removed apply DIF solution, let set, and wipe away residue. Running a wallpaper tiger over the wallpaper will make little holes in the paper that absorb the solution and allow the paper to be lifted with a thin putty knife. Placing the DIF solution in a spray bottle makes it easier to work with.
