Painted wallpaper

Any ideas on how to go about removing wallpaper that has been painted with highgloss enamel paint??

I use this tool and change the blade every 5 or 6 lengths stripped.
The reason it is so good is that it does`nt so much "scrape" the paper but slices it off... I havnt come across a painted paper that it couldn`t deal with so far..

A bladed tool like pictured above is wise advice. Another option is the use of a tool like the Paper Tiger. This "holes" up the paper/painted surface allowing a stripping solution to soak in and the paper could be stripped off normally.
