anchoring a new wall to existing concrete slab

I am building a den on existing concrete slab. I have concrete nails to nail the sole plate to the concrete. Should I also use "Tap-Con" Screws or is there a better way? Or will the Concrete nails be good enough?

Get some construction adhesive. Put a bead of it down where the wall will be. Set the wall and use the concrete nails. The nails will only be necessary to keep the wall from moving until the adhesive sets.
