successful ceiling tile cutting?
What is the secret for cutting routed ceiling tile? What are the steps needed to cut a 2 x 2 ceiling tile in half and have a finished routed edge on the cut side?

I presume you're talking about the tiles in a drop ceiling. I have the routed tiles you're referring to as well. When I needed to cut one, I used a utility knife and a straight edge; the tiles cut easier than drywall. For the routed edge, I just eyeballed it and made the bevel with the same utility knife. I know it sounds funny, but the bevel rests on the ceiling track, and only the finished portion of the tile shows. There's nothing more to it.
