Give us a description to the extent of the damage. This will help determine how much needs to be done to repair the problem

Mold.....

There is a dangerous concern with mold nowdays...Mold can be so dangerous its toxic. The HVAC industry nowdays has a big void on trained personal to deal with it. I was talking to a friend that said a family had to leave thier house and all their belongings in it, in an attempt to isolate the mold. The risk isn't worth it. I believe your insurance will pay to have it replaced, contact them before you do anything...
