Hanging a punching bag
Help!
I just bought a bunching bag to be place in my basement. How and where can I hang it? I tried the main beam and it rattles the house when I use the bag.

You may have to build an A-frame style free-standing support to isolate from the rest of the house or mount it to an arm extending from the wall.
