Connect wood to brick

Hello everyone,

We would like to enclose our existing patio and have a brick wall on two sides of the patio. What would be the best way to connect the 2x4's of the wood wall to the brick wall?

Thanks for the help.

Lag screws with lead anchors or tapcon screws are two options I can think of.

Thanks for the advice. I have thought about these types of anchors but was hesitant about using these type of anchors because I was afraid they would split the brick or mortar. The outside wall of the enclosure will be close to the edge of the brick wall and I would prefer not to have to worry about the brick wall spliting. Thanks again for the advice.
