Drywall

Drywall
I am installing entranceway that will require an arc. How do I create the arc(with what material) and how do I drywall it without damaging the drywall?
I recieved your answer and find that I may not have made my request clear. I plan to construct the entire arc out of 2X4.s and drywall. The problem of installing dry wall over whatever material I must use to create the arc is what I am looking for. I do not want to use a prefab set of decorative wood material. A prefab arc that I can cover with dry wall would be a great help if they exist.

Once you get your archway framed, (Im not the one to tell you about framming an archway) use 1/4 inch drywall. this will bend really easily. use 2 strips stacked. Then use a flexable archway bead on the outside corners. This is a vinyl corner bead with slots cut into it so it will bend. Then finish.
