Get a pint of a paint like material called
stain sealer. You can get it most anywhere.
Paint the spot with it, and then paint your kitchen color over it. Good Luck
Last summer we purchased a house built in the mid 70's. The house is airconditioned and heated with a heat pump. With the onset of winter, nearly every 90 degree drywall joint has cracked and opened, either in the cornor or at the outer edge of the drywall tape. There are several layers of paint on the walls. What causes this problem? Does all of the drywall tape have to be replaced or is there an easier way to solve the problem?
