how to miter cut cove molding
Need to cut cove molding, which goes between wall and ceiling. Have a compound miter saw, followed directions for crown molding, didn't work. Can someone tell me how to cut outside corners?

Cove molding is straightforward because it will stand up in most compound miter saws. Measure the the corner of the wall, mark the bottom of the molding, put it in the saw upside down, and cut out away from the mark. You have to focus on what your objective is when cutting molding.
Outside corners are more difficult than inside corners, because you cannot cope them.
