Unhappy

Hi there,

I have a plaster (not drywall) wall that has been painted with emulsion (1920's house), the wall had previously been stripped. After a few weeks, bubbles have started appearing in the plaster itself which then start to crumble.

Do you have any idea as to why this is happening?

Regards

It sounds like you had air pockets in the plaster. I may be wrong. Pop one of the pockets open, remove the loose stuff and replaster.

Thumbs up

Jack,

Thanks for the reply. I think you are right as the wall had been re-skimmed.

Regards

Rod
