I just read under "common mistakes that I should not have hung drywall on verticle wall before I hung the ceiling. Since I have already done this, what kind of problems will I or might I encounter?

Cool

If the EDGES/ENDS of the drywall wall and ceiling are screwed firmly to the framing, it should be o.k., if taped properly. If you do not have the ceiling edges secured at the wall, it may sag eventually, since the edges of the ceiling sheets won't be sitting on the walls. Good Luck! Edit: I also would install crown molding, and that should prevent any problems.

You can shove your ceiling drywall up tight against the wall board. Then buy some drywall corners and install them alsong the ceiling. Get the new thin plastic ones. It will finish out just fine.
