HANGING HEAVY ITEMS ON PANELED WALLS

How do I hang heavy items on paneled walls without studs. This is a modular home. I had a wall phone hanging for 2 years but it didn't hold. I also have a towel rod down due
to lack of support.

Contact the home manufacturer to find out how those walls are constructed. I expect they probably just glued the paneling to styrofoam insulation. What the styrofoam insulation is glued to is the $64 question. If it's plywood, then at least now you have something sturdy to attach something to, with long screws, admittedly.

The reason you didn't get any responses isn't because you can't do what you're wanting to do, but because we need to know how the wall is built before we can suggest ways of doing it.
