Chemical only mold remediation??

Everybody else is tearing down ceilings, walls and more to do mold remediation. One company said they use a foam that kills it all, harms nothing including wood floors and gets the spore count down to the outside level.

I think the products are Structure Decon and All Air Sanitizer by IAQM.

If they're so easy and effective, why doesn't everybody do this?

Stronger than dirt.

Maybe others don't use it because they aren't familiar with it or prefer to use other methods. Maybe consumers cannot believe that it can be done without a lot of demolition.
