Removing ceiling Popcorn...
I need information on what tools/suplies it takes and how to remove the popcorn from the ceiling.

It is a messy job. Spray a bit of water on a section of ceiling and scrape the damp popcorn off. You will want to use a tarpaulin to cover everything. Let it fall into a old pasteboard box. Once it is done, let it dry, and repair any damage to the ceiling with joint compound and sand smooth. Prime and paint.

Use a 2 gal garden type sprayer to spray water. Spray a 5x5 area at a time. spray enough water on it to turn the area to a grey color. I like scraping off with a 6 inch knife. You have a lot more control and its not curved like larger knives. When you have it all off and its dry, sand the remaining off. Then start your repair of the seems.
