Insulation

I have a new home with a two-car garage. The garage is not finished with drywall. There is no insulation above the garage ceiling. Is ok to put up drywall on the garage walls with out adding insulation? The outside of the garage has vinyl siding.

Yes, you can put drywall up without insulation. If you plan never to have any insulation, it won't haunt you in the future. One note: drywall is not much of an exterior product.
