Question Install a dryer vent in concrete block wall

I recently puchased a 1962 era home in Florida...concrete block/stucco exterior and plaster over drywall interior. My first problem is there is no dryer vent to the outside. The previous owner let the dryer vent the warm damp air directly into the garage. It's humid enough in Florida without this!! How do I cut a 4" hole in the concrete block exterior wall to install a vent?

Wink

You can rent a drill to do it are just a hammer and chisel. Get the dryer vent with a fiipper in it an just hammer out till it fits.
