Wet Sheetrock - Replace?
I had a new bath enclosure installed last year, and when they tested it, the overflow drain pipe was not leading to the drain, so water ran onto the sheetrock for the ceiling below the bathroom. They fixed the problem and patched the sheetrock after it dried. Now, we had another incident where water from the bathtub drained onto the sheetrock. It wasn't a large amount this time. Since the sheetrock has been wet twice, is it best to replace it now, or will it be safe once it dries? Also, should we have the beams inspected to see what damage they have?

It will probably be fine. Let the rock dry and then see if it feels weak. If it is still fairly solid it should be OK. Since the leaks have not been an ongoing thing the floor joists should be fine. A little water shouldn't hurt them. I would only worry if they got water logged often. If the rock does need to be replaced you can look at the joists then.
