Painted drywall - seam problems.....

Well, we hung drywall and mudded 4 coats and thought it looked very good and then primed. When we went and put on the top coat (I guess the color and the sheen) we can see in the taper recesses between boards that they were not filled enough. What is the best way to fix this since we already painted it? Can we mud again or do we just have to live with it?

Drywall repairs are made over paint all the time. Don't forget to prime the repairs before painting them.
