anchoring post to existing concrete floor

I want to install sliding doors in my horse stalls in my barn. how do i anchor the wood end posts to my existing concrete floors?

I'm not sure i'm clear on this one but depending on the size of your post maybe try those metal post brackets for decking(they hold 4x4 & 6x6) in my homedepot catalog METPOST makes it and its used on concrete.
I would also glue it down with PL PREMIUM adhesive and the TAPCON it.
